In my personal opinion, the most effective abdominal exercises through experience are the following.
1.Vertical Leg Crunch
2. Ball Crunch
3. Complete Ab Workout
4. Plank
5. Ab Roller (my favorite and I considered this one as explosive exercise)
6. Crunch with Heel Push
7. Reverse Crunch
8. Long Arm Crunch
9. Torso Track
10. Captain's Chair
Bicycle is top of my favorite ab exercise because if you do it right, you will gain results in few weeks time.
Remember before doing any exercise, warm up first and eat lean meat and at least 3 eggs a day to boost your testosterone - this is based on my experience. You might like some books about fitness.
